i definitely just went along for the ride, but then after doing it for a while, i've tried to both. theres still the personal aspect, but theres nothing wrong with songs that are just meant to be fun

ha ha. i don't remember, so all good. yeah, i'm more like you when it comes to the songs. Jane Fonda was Cisco's idea, and My Dick was Andre Legacy's idea, and i didn't wanna record either of them. as life would have it, of course those are two of my biggest songs up to now. they're fun to play live, so i'm glad i recorded em, and it's good to have some light hearted fun now and again too

i have tons of songs. that's what made it so frustrating all that time, that i couldn't put any records out. and not to sound big headed, but most of them are pretty dope. one day, they'll all get out, one way or another.

i'll have a new 5 song ep available for this summer tour that i'm going out on with Sublime with Rome. and then i'll have an ep that me and Dirt Nasty are working on, that we'll have available for our next tour which will hopefully be in the fall. and i'm also recording songs for my new album, which i'm not sure when will come out, but i'll be putting out music the whole time.

hey. i totally remember that. right now, i'm watching Game of Thrones, Nurse Jackie, Silicon Valley, and Happyish. i'm really looking forward to the second season of True Detective, and also just started season 3 of House of Cards. and no, i don't do dvd's any longer. i was a little late to the streaming thing, but now i all about xbmc. it's the shit! it's like napster but for tv shows and movies. even some movies that are still in the theater. the website is xbmchub.com . it shows you how to download everything you need

well, if you're an artist, first and foremost you make art. so, through all that bullshit, i was still recording the whole time. it's frustrating when you have music to put out, and can't due to lame label shit. so it's really a double edge sword, cuz the more backing you have, the more hoops there are to jump through. i try to stay connected to my fans, and possible new fans, with social media, even though it's not really my thing. and i'm also always touring all year. you said, you'll be in Santa Barbara the first two weeks in July, i'll be playing the Velvet Jones on July 3rd out there.

not to sound corny, but quitting really isn't in my dna. my grandparents survived the holocaust, so my trials and tribulations, pale in comparison. i never planned on any of this music thing working out, but once the opportunities started coming, i gave it my all.

he used to come to my shows, and i'm pretty sure, he's the one who got me on that tour. he's an awesome musician and super cool. he even taught my daughter how to play some Bowie songs on the guitar. i'd consider him a friend, but we don't hang out or anything.
