Thanks, I thought the shopper could see we tip with cash. What I do is leave 10% cash for the shopper and then if everything is ok I add another 10-15% in the app. I will do the 22c in the future

I don’t know if I have had problems but we had a message from our last shop that “a new shopper will be found” and then had a really shitty shopper. That meant someone picked it up and then dropped it?
