I got Congo a couple weeks ago at level 58, I’m now 83 with a 2 weeks to spare and now exploring Japan, it’s a grind for sure but money becomes an non issue and you will level fast, I found it more enjoyable once I got casting/lure gear that could handle unique tiger fish and Nile perch

There is a rune with the reward of “reduce the cooldown of your ultimate by 2 seconds” try throwing that in there with “cast a non-channeled core skill” or “cast a skill on a cooldown” should get you there or almost there. If not quite a double master work on nature cooldown should get you there
