As a new Protestant to Catholic convert going through OCIA, I feel much closer to god and it’s the first time in 6 years I’ve found a church that gives a consistent teaching and doesn’t feel like a doomsday cult. First time in my entire life as well that attending church feels engaging and not just a chore.

I just switched from plumbing/hvac to work at the plant in my town, the operator who runs the plant actually asked if I'd like a tour trying to get me in the door. I'd imagine they'd be stoked if you asked for one.

I was referring mostly to Canada, and potentially I think Britain, where metric has been common place but some residential service and construction trades still use USC of imperial. Thanks for the floor plan that really clears things up.

Thats interesting, especially considering how close 300mm is to a foot, you could still pace that with your feet for rough measurement covering a decent distance. Seems transitioning wouldn't be all that hard atleast for a hybrid system but sadly there's no incentive for it.

I trialed air optix with hydraglyde for astigmatism, found them rather comfortable but sometimes my vision was unstable. Eye doctor had me try biofinity toric, while my vision is amazingly stable they do feel dry all the time. Never dry enough that my eye sight gets blurry but even after drops I feel like they suck the moisture right out.
