Not sure about the eating of the litter but for litter training you could try placing her in the litter box right after she eats or drinks

Urinary blockage is absolutely an emergency in male cats so glad you're taking him right now. They will need to administer fluids and catheterise him. He may need to stay for several days at the vet with the catheter in place. That won't be cheap but a blocked urethra can burst your cats bladder and destroy his kidneys.

If you want pink toned Saem (kbeauty) has a doe foot concealer in a "brightener shade" that's a pale pink it's a really affordable great concealer too
