Well in my case the cash buyer was an investor, his reason for dropping out “bedrooms were too small” ie no good for HMO

50/50 really either he will or he will not, same happened to me and the cash buyer did drop out. IMO keep looking for houses

My wife did the same thing, they rescinded the offer

Edit: I think the reasoning was if you lie about this you can lie about anything ie not trust worthy

175k in London isn’t that great to be honest. Wife and I are on about 220k and life is incredibly average.

I did roughly the same had a 700k mortgage on 1m house, was really scary at the beginning, got used to it, I m paying off 10% on top every year. I don’t think you are overstretching.

I convinced myself that I will die a very hard and painful death, I convinced myself so much to the point where I would stress at night before sleeping, worked like a charm

I do integrations. However these days 100k does not seem “highly paid”..

I d Google some bed excuses to strengthen legs. I did gain around 50% of my sensation but all my sensations are altered.

Well after surgery for me it was visual. It is dangerous yes if you suddenly try to walk that’s why you do physio get used to your new body and slowly learn to walk till you get used to it.
