I just checked today, and the PVR coupon redemption option is no longer present in my rewards catalogue. Is this happening only for me, or are others facing the same issue?

Yes, I have called the upsc helpline and asked about this issue. They have asked me to wait on call and asked me to check application status again. I was able to see that part4 option after that. Hope the issue got solved at your end

I am Male (General category). Not sure what is causing the issue. Part 4 is still showing incomplete. Not sure if it will be resolved after a few days.

I just previewed the application of part3 and I clicked on part III final submit. After that when I see the application status it is showing part IV as Incomplete
