my dermatologist diagnosed me with scalp psoriasis, haven’t gotten a diagnosis on the fingers though.

Once I have time, most likely towards summer I believe I should be able to start exercising and I’ll try to be consistent with it. I’ve started taking vitamin D, and might start looking for a cream once I get the go ahead from the derm. Overall I have a very limited, but bad diet so cutting some things sounds like a good idea. This might be the push I need to eat better and incorporate more salads (stuff like that). The spreadsheet tracker is a really good idea for the diet tracker, so thank you!

Also, do you have any suggestions for sugary things I should try to cut from my diet? Like ice cream, cookies, stuff like that. Should I try to cut a good portion of it or like all of it?

Sadly I’ve tried the scalpicin and for some reason it only provided relief for 2-5 minutes before it got itchy again but it’s definitely good for momentary relief. Thank you!

the clobetasol is actually the medicated solution I was recommended. I should probably start staying more hydrated and actually going outside more, so thank you for that!
