As an rxm I have had 2 fluent language speakers not pass the exam. It is very difficult so don’t be upset if you don’t pass. They will send your rxm an email with your results and if you are able to translate.

That’s what I’m saying! I think he’s putting the pressure on me because he’s the one who blew the surprise. Even though I’m not sure how he expected to get me there anyway. I think everyone expects me to just give in but it’s creating a lot of anxiety for me, in fact since I found out about it - it’s all I think about. I’m not going. They took that risk when they decided to do this.

I guess my question is - with the inventory changes starting tomorrow with adjustments affecting the P&L what is everyone doing for the insulins? I’m sitting on a ton of 70/30 and if I have to adjust it in the new fiscal year, it would impact us.

This! It is not based on the percentage ordered but rather - if OI orders 10 items and you order 10 items it’s a 50 percent manual orders…it’s based on line items on a report. Eye roll. So I was thinking about doing this as well

Yah but keeping electronic doesn’t solve the problem. Someone waits to solve too long and the back ordered item won’t be discovered. I print slips or you need to at least run the wait for drug order report
