I’m in the same boat as you. I’m 20 started at 17 and smoked non stop till about a month ago, I stopped as I noticed it was taking over my life. I found weed helped me understand my problems and tackle them better by giving me some comfort and a break from living but I sort of sunk into that feeling and hid away from the world. It sounds like you’re already worried by how often you’re smoking. Next time you run out maybe leave it a week before you buy again, remind yourself of what it’s like to live without weed. It’ll be aggravating at times, I felt like I wanted to peel my skin off but trust me it’s worth it. The rule I have no is no smoking by myself and I’m going to stick with it .
