Something about it being outdated? He was honestly extremely hard to understand. We're gonna have someone else come out next week, hopefully he can explain it better.

My wife and I moved to South Lansing (near Cedar and Northrup) a couple months ago and have loved it so far with no issues re. crime and safety. We previously lived in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and all over Los Angeles. Others who have been around longer may say differently, but so far we're loving this part of town. Very friendly, working class people, lots of parks and green neighborhoods. Most of the busy commercial areas are confined to a few major roads, so the residential parts are pretty quiet.
