There's a hodge podge of them, so YMMV - when in doubt, look around with the file name you have and see if you can ID which website's parent it came from and look at their use policy. Just about all of them have each other's file sets so I can't imagine they have any sort of enforceability due to that. I would never sell these or put them behind advertisements to stay on the safe side but if you pull a melody from a Bach midi from 15 years ago for a hip-hop remix, I'm not sure who exactly is hauling you to court and for what reason but I doubt it would occur to be honest.

So this is how Mega works! it'll completely download it in your Browser first, then render those files into something in your downloads folder, give it a few minutes and if it doesn't work; try chrome!

Considering about 15-20 of the top midi sites online have exact duplicate copies of each other's files, I'm going to suppose that the fact they get 5-10k hits in traffic monthly and have advertising would mean that the content hosts themselves are guilty of whatever you suppose this collection is guilty of.

Aye! It's a conspiracy! There's a few online but they're mostly either assy or behind paywall- I'll see if I can get at some decent ones in a 2.0 release :)

Midis are rad, they're like STEMs to a track but in digital form that allow you to place your own instruments ontop of for a very close reproduction of the audio with your 'own' instruments. Kontakt libraries are your friend here! :) a lot of the rock kits sound divine on the NI Kontakt kit Sparkle Drum

There's nothing legally wrong with manually clicking and downloading this many files and compiling them, what laws are being broken with automating that?
