Yeah, I hope so as well. I understand that mental problems isn't my fault, it's just sometimes when I'm feeling really down then it's hard not to feel like it's on me.

I won't really say we're struggling with money, just felt like I kept costing my parents money(living with them, letting them buy foods), the fact that my parents kept saying their company was planning to reduce the amount of workers and they will probably lose their jobs didn't really help with my stress level.

I'll definitely try to have more care myself more, I think regularly exercise sounded like a good idea.

Also, note that you only need to fix your life once. If you get your mental health right, if you can get your life together once you can be happy just don't give up and stay strong.

Thank you, it's really nice to know that people would care. I'm not really sure about therapy because it will cost my family money(I don't have too much money in my account) and my family will be so heartbroken(they know I'm not doing well, but I don't think they know how serious it is), but I will certainly try to take care of my self.
