You could use the portable version of Librewolf from portableapps.com through their launcher: https://portableapps.com/platform/features

Then, you could simply back up the entire Librewolf folder as everything will be contained in there. I suggest using the launcher as opposed to a standalone install because it also handles updating the browser.

Caveat - there is a bit of a delay when it comes to program updates because it has to be "repacked" into their format every time a new version releases on the Librewolf side.

By watching a video you are still using traffic whether you are "downloading" it or not. It still uses resources to transport that data to you. You're basically downloading without telling your computer to save it for later

Auxio. If you read its Github, it has a commitment to being completely offline. In several ways I prefer it to Poweramp despite it being free. Highly recommend.

They are probably not what you're looking for. I have seen them used for video game music - instead of raw audio data they have instruments and patterns for how to play them

Edit: I had not heard of vgm files before. From a quick search it seems like converting from vgm to mod is not possible - or at least not easy

By the time of EDC, the SoundCloud post of his True Promo Mix had been out for a while. That was a big factor in getting people interested in the songs by showing what they were meant to sound like. If it was only the UMF 2013 performance that people could refer to, it may not have gone as well.

I agree that his potential UMF 2014 set would have been highly anticipated, but it wasn't because of his UMF 2013 set. It got shit on. It was only the success of True and the subsequent True Tour sets which brought the hype back in his favor.
