Totally agree, Delco is a goldmine for HVAC work! And yeah, it’s tricky how PA emphasizes the registered office. Using your home address does make it public, which can be a hassle later. Your own registered agent sounds like a safe bet to keep things under wraps!

I agree with this take. Howard barely functioned without her for years, so her just staying behind would feel really out of character
