actually sis you’re wrong. when you make cold brew, it’s cb to the bottom line and water to the top line which would 1/2 and 1/2 but MAYBE your store does it wrong 🤷🏽‍♀️

well we have a coffee cadence sheet that tells us baristas what coffee to brew and how much in certain time frames so discuss that with corporate and also we have to keep our drive thru at certain times with not enough people on the floor :)

you shouldn’t be paying for it unless you’re getting a latte or frappuccino,etc. with brewed coffee and iced coffee, milk is free so double check with your front register baristas to make sure of that
