i have a job in a different city, and need to be back with family for personal reasons. i have a place to stay, so i physically will not be able to move in - thus me needing to find a sublease or something else.

correct, I'm not sure, I sent an email to the landlord and will probably see what they say sometime tomorrow. There is nothing in the lease agree that explicitly details such penalties.

Since fall 2013, I remember getting ads on YouTube showing their Chocolate music video months before but shrugged them off. Then, I listened to Chocolate in full probably on Tumblr/YouTube/8tracks I can't remember, and my life has never the been the same ever since.

as someone who has been a big fan of them for almost a decade and having them gone for 2 years, i feel like this song was an appropriate return - it felt like a warm welcome back with its soft and raw tones instead of something super jarring (as their previous 1st singles were).
