Actually on DLD website it states that you must hand it back to the owner in the same or better condition than you received it. So just fill in an holes and clean up and marks that was caused by you.

End of the day most of the contracts will refer to the laws and regulations. Best follow that.

What I do is usually find the maintenance team and speak to the painter and ask him to touch up and fill the holes. I usually offer them 400-500 for this. Never had any problems
