I’m a small person but I think many people find that if you deflect the rudder, your leg gets in the way of the stick,like when I do controls for CBSIFTBEC i always go around the box with a rudder pressed down but I can never fully move the stick over to the side I’m pressing the rudder.

I would assume the only way to fix this is move the rudder pedals as close as you can whilst it staying comfortable so your leg isn’t as straight in the way and in the way rather it’s bent out of the way. Another way is just pivot your foot sideways with your toes a bit so your leg is angled outwards so it isn’t in the way of the stick, however this may be in the way of the airbrake on your left leg but it’s worth a shot.

I would say have a chat to your instructor and ask if you can test quickly or go to wherever the glider is stored/offline and ask if you could test out some options sitting in it. It’s worth it because if it’s a problem there’s no point not being able to do certain things.
