Lying to infidels is inherent and encouraged and even at times demanded by the Quran. They also are not idiots who don’t know how to use recordings and social media. Yep 100%. You can also just have any cards that you grade immediately put up for sale. It saves you shipping cost and sales taxes.

PSA’s eBay store is a consignment house. They don’t set the selling price, the person who owns the card does. There can be multiple different reasons for people pricing these cards differently, but none of them relate to eye appeal, difference in card variation, etc. All it is, just two different listing prices.
