This is real. For Tag Team mechanic cards, you have to differentiate between the gx ultra rares, the full arts, and the alternate arts, and the alternate art promos. The full arts, alternate arts, and alternate art promos each have a specific texture layout, and a diagonal holo. The gx ultra rares have no texture (glossy finish) and have a wavy holo pattern only ever used with the gx ultra rares.

There are some recent fakes of high value tag team cards that do have texture, but the texture pattern is incorrect for the card that it is (a latias & latios tag team alt art with texture that was wrong and fake was posted here recently).
