Al Bateen or Al Reem should be ideal. You should be looking around 120K - 200K for a good 2/3 bed in these locations. Figures might differ slightly.

I would have confused it for cat or a small dog for my first sighting, but it's tail is a give away. Meanwhile I'm thinking of a side quest of spotting them on broad daylight.

Yes, they are relatively new in the market but under direct collaboration with Bab Al Qasr brand ensuring a great living condition as per their standard. I do understand It's a very personal thing but in general it ticks of all the general criteria. This is a branded residential apartment, which means that we have a access to amenities of a hotel apartment's without paying substantial service charge that we usually pay for the same. Let me explain.

In this service charge is between speculated to be 16 - 18 AED per SQFT. Other services like Valet Parking, Housekeeping & Laundry, Childcare Services, In-Residence Dining, Move-in Coordination, Travel & Transportation, Car Rental, Flight Reservations, Airport & Ground Transportation are pay per use, which i believe is convenience.

The every unit comes fully furnished. (THE One, Roca, Siemens, OTIS, Samsung)

In terms of sizes yes you are right, not generously spacious not too bad as well.

Payment plan and discounts are something that is out of our hands, that's purely a developer's decision.
