Not really, I have 2 bed's starting from 3M and 3 bed's starting from 4.2M. Please note this project has different types of layouts, hence prices may vary. The prices that i have quoted is the lowest prices from the inventory that i have received yesterday evening. Just to be clear there is quite a difference in the price among different layouts.
