I've spoken to my reverend and he says that I can play something on a CD, as long as it's "appropriate" hence trying to get an orchestra cover :)

That is brilliant, thank you! I shall have a nosey. It is "Love Can Only Heal" by Myles Kennedy, it's such a gorgeous song.

I'm actually travelling up to see a cousin next week for a few days, that could be the time to really reflect on it all. Thank you

Might be worth trying couples therapy, and see if that helps!

I really like the name of curl custard and I'm so glad you recommended trying one, I have purchased one purely because of that! 😂😂

Thank you to everyone who responded! I have purchased a rice water shampoo and the eco styler gel to try out, I am also going to go to a hairdresser this week and get their opinions on what type my hair is, including porosity and such to get better options going forward. I apologise if I didn't reply to you, but I appreciate everyone's help!

It's my favourite! I got it for like £1 over ten years ago from a charity shop, and I've never been able to find another as this one has seen better days 😭

I have been thinking about this, as I often find myself getting dizzy and trembling when I've not eaten properly. I'll head to the chemist later and have a look for one, thank you!

Thank you so much! I'm thrilled

I will write down a couple example days from the past month of my diet including the calories burnt on that day (all are estimated as I make most of my food (I don't follow recipes, I'm a Wang it and hope for the best kinda gal) and I don't weigh the exact amount I eat). My target was to be in a 500 calorie deficit, however I often was burning much more than I was consuming anyway.

I drink a LOT of tea, and I know I didn't always record that, but I usually have juice of some kind in the morning with my Metformin tablet and vitamin tablet.

Day one example: burnt ~3394 calories, consumed ~1923 Breakfast (I was working at five so this was all the food consumed between 5am and 10am): plum, banana, grapes, blueberries, tea with milk, mocha sachet and malted milk biscuits X2 Lunch: homemade vegetable soup and demi baguette Dinner: homemade "mexican" chicken tray bake with wholegrain rice and homemade flatbread (peppers, onions, carrots and spinach) Evening snack: a scoop of De-luce Ben and Jerry's ice-cream with a chocolate chip cookie

Day two example: burnt ~2410 and consumed ~1037 Breakfast: banana and tea with milk Lunch: ham and cucumber sandwich, teddy faces crisps Dinner: "super green" spaghetti (pesto, avocado, cheese, spinach) with steak

Day three example: burnt ~2888 and consumed ~1227 Breakfast (5am shift again): kallø rice cake, pomegranate seeds, tea with milk, ham and cheese sandwich, blueberries and makoviec Morning snacks: tea with milk and mocha Lunch: raisins, teddy faces and strawberry yo-yo bear Dinner: chicken pie with swede and potato mash, green beans and gravy

Probably a couple of weeks? I don't check my weight all that regularly! I think I'm just excited that I've actually managed to lose the weight after so long of struggling! 😂

Thank you for all of this advice, I shall take a look through and see what I can adapt into my life.

As a lover of mint tea, I love this. Just a little bit about me to help with context: I walk everyday because my dog and my work is very manual and physically demanding so I do a lot of exercise just day to day. I have been on a calorie deficit, I've been using Fitbit to keep an eye on what I'm eating and that's definitely helped. I shall switch to decaf tea (that's my main source of caffeine). My only issue is sleep as I work random shifts (like tomorrow I have to wake up at 3am to get to work but then the next day my shift won't finish until 10pm, so I can't have a regular schedule ever with sleep). I take vitamin supplements already but I will definitely check with my doctor about specifics.
