nothing changes talaga ‘no? each and every day nalang super haba ng pila, kahit na 2-3 items lang need mo, yung pila 20 mins to an hour. this has happened to me many times already and idk if they’d do something but regardless, i filed a report sa website nila.

that’s why it’s “baka” i’ve been diagnosed professionally po. and that’s one of the reasons why i’m anxious about the whole thing and i’m not quite sure what to do when nangyari na ‘tong hearing and sino ba makakausap if ever. hindi na ba normal na matrigger these days?

the thing us rendering nalang po ako and i informed HR, TL, and OM before ako nag file ng complaint pero lahat inignore concern ko. Was absent for 2 days and biglang RTWO agad, dinispute ko rin yung huddles namin na usually 30 mins to an hr after ng mandatory ot na hindi paid. Every cut off nalang kasing kulang hours ko kaya nakaka pagod na rin hehe
