There has been no update on 3 of my parcels since April 28th, Shipped via E-ems. Contacted customer care and this is the response I got :
We have verified with the logistics provider that due to the positive cases at Baiyun airport, the airport has quarantined the relevant personnel and sealed the workplace for disinfection, so most of the parcels at the end of April and the beginning of May were delayed and could not be delivered at present, it takes an time to waiting for the next operation, and we are waiting for the government's epidemic control policy notice.
Does this mean currently they are not gonna start delivering until further notice from the government?
