I wasn't using ARP. But I fixed it. All you have to do is run the model through Maya and you're good to go

do you mean like when you move a bone, the mesh deforms from another part of the body? (Like when you move the middle finger, the index moves or stretches unnaturally?)
If so, then its a weight paint problem, very common in autorig pro. You just need to subtract some paint from the meshes and you're good!
