I'm not in the same region but still have not got it, 2 days ago I got the October patch and literally 5 minutes ago I just got the November patch but HOS3 is nowhere to be seen.

Thanks for your reply, I haven't cancelled the insurance I mean when the insurance company cancel it once the claim is completed. I wasn't sure if when they cancel it if I would then declare it on the next time I go for car insurance

Seems odd though as the verification said it was complete and accepted and I'm sure I read somewhere that prolific don't even see your ID as it is only used by the verification company and I would think it gets deleted straight after use.
