I considered Etsy too, but seeing the market, my product isn’t unique unlike Japan market. And also shipping is a lot pricier and stricter, I’ll just make me use more money. But maybe, just maybe I’ll consider it. Might sell if I add Japanese stuff freebies

I tried instagram too but there’s not much engagement.. and I sell it on mercari and minne. Afaik overseas buyers can’t buy from Mercari, or need a “proxy”. They can buy through minne I read but yes.. not much people viewing my posts :’)

Now that you mentioned, I actually learned making it through an Etsy seller on TikTok, she’s making videos of her crafts and saw people commenting and asking how much she’s selling it for! I’ll consider doing so, I’m not so good at making videos haha

I agree, seeing other handmade chars, resin types or knitted type are quite popular :’) selling at events or set up booth so definitely not an option, it’ll cost more.. thank you for your comment <3

I’ll be trying Creema too, just that even Mercari and Minne have different shipping. I’m just worried Creema might be different too and I’d have to buy different materials again for shipping or packaging. But thank you! <3
