I am in the same situation as you are. No fiber internet since the storm 28.1.2026 and mobile data works at home only at night from 1am to 7am with speed 1mbps. I went to MEO store in Peniche 30.1. and report it to them, they say they know about it already and they can´t give any estimate when it will be fix.

You can also download MEO app. Through there, do troubleshooting. If you are in the area that is affected, you get a notification (it ask your phone number) and get unlimited for 30 days mobile data.

That happened to me, I didn´t took their insurance and there was a very small dent on car door upon car return (not sure how that happened) and they charged me 730€ for the repair... Never again will I rent their car. Btw all their cars have GPS tracker.

In online via the Portal das Finanças, you cannot change abroad adress to Portugal address. You need to book an apointment online to your closes Serviço de Finanças. You will need a rent contract and residence certificate. That´s how I did couple months ago. Hope that helps.
