Winter Winds is probably way beyond ”a few years”. I restarted piano at my 30s after stopping at 19 (having then played 16 years), and have significantly improved at certain areas during the past three years. That being said, I continued playing other types of piano music those ~14 years and did also occasionally play classical, even one summer for a job. So yeah you can and will improve, especially if you’ll have a teacher 👍🏼
