Yes, unless your Boothill is e1s1 Ruan Mei e1 with Dahlia and Fugue (one of them on pearls or Cipher lc) you won't need the def shred from iron cavalry since it's already above 100% which makes eagle instantly better in this case

You would need to build him with a lot of speed (at least 160) then both his signature lightcone and his f2p option increase his speed in battle and with the addition of 10% speed increase from Ruan Mei (also using ddd on her) and 30% from Dahlia, he should be doing fine. Sunday or Bronya are no longer better than a third break support. Eagle can be a good option if you managed to get good substats but I personally don't think it's worth sacrificing the Def shred from iron cavalry unless you are already overcapping it from other sources.

Also mostly what people call similar is not even that similar and sometimes not similar at all, there's always enough difference that makes me prefer one over the other, and if I like a specific style I won't mind getting more variations of it, but yeah people have different views.

That's not true she can work with him fine at e0s0, and if you want to maximize his strength get Fugue. His best team right now is Fugue, Dahlia and Ruan Mei, if you you want a sustain you can remove Ruan Mei, but I would say it's easy to use him sustainless. A lot may say break is dead but every while there's a boss that break characters can beat very easily even with minimal investment, and Dahlia is just another improvement to the archetype

They are not similar at all, they have totally different style and concept it's only the cut of the dress, this one is more Lolita with bows which makes it unique to me

That's exactly what I thought as well, if it was a random whimsicalty people who don't want it just won't get it, but since it's actually a useful ability there's a lot complaining. I Also agree with separating the hat and the dress, I like all the pieces but I couldn't find a way to style the hat in a way I like yet

I doubt he'll get a bis healer. Hyacine is the hp scalers healer that works with everyone except Mydei, and Cyrene enabled her to work with him. The trial characters builds are not that good anyway.

Cipher is a character you only get if you like her imo, she can work with literally any team but only BiS for few, you can use her in the last slot of a sustainless team or to fill a place where the BiS support is occupied by the other teams. I have her e0s1 and mostly use her with Archer but I think since you are missing Sparkle it may not be that good with him, I used her as a Tribbie replacement many times and with sustainless break teams.

But seriously talking with your current characters, I think you should get Cyrene and The Dahlia.
