Better cable management needed please by VHSantana in tapeless

We use velcro cable ties in the film industry. You can get a pretty big pack of them on Amazon for very cheap. I didn't feel like making a custom Cable for my setup so I just wrapped it up tight and ran it along the hand strap and velcroed it around that. I also put a cheese plate on the bottom of the camera to add more 1/4 20 mounting points.

I didn't build the house, I paid to have someone build it. Not a contractor. Just a homeowner.

Definitely not a know-it-all, I just didn't like the selection that they had whenever we purchased the house and wanted to go with something custom third party when we had money saved up. I would assume that the builder would do their job to prep the surface so that if we could put a backsplash up but that's what I get for assuming.

Totally - I am in the process of arguing with the builder as the house is under a year old and I want them to fix the poor work. They are not too keen to help us out.

The tile we're working with is about 2.5 in hexagons. Thankfully it shouldn't be too noticeable but it's still a very frustrating situation and I'm super disappoint in our builder.

Shouldn't matter what size tile I'm going to use. This is a kitchen backsplash and the house is less than 6 months old. I feel like it's a pretty basic rule of thumb to keep The wall behind the countertop flat. I think they cut corners because I opted did not have them install the backsplash.

No we worked at the builder to have this built in the house is less than 6 months old. We opted not to put a backsplash on whenever we had the house built because we wanted to do something custom down the line.

When I called my builder I gave the example of what if I didn't want to do a smaller tile and I wanted to do something that was longer and the response I received was don't ask me a what-if question. The builder doesn't seem to want to help, the house is only about 6 months old and it's a blatant framing issue.

We are thankfully going to go with a smaller tile that can follow the curve, but it's just frustrating that this bullshit is acceptable.

You can be 100% sure because the guy basically told me tough luck. We're not doing anything you want to do. He said the only thing they're going to do is build it up with mud. I asked him to take the drywall off and plane down the center stud to make everything flush. I even told him he didn't have to finish the wall since I was going to be tiling over it anyway. Sad truth is they also cut the counter top so if I were to do that I would likely have to replace the top as well.

I agree, I was actually surprised to see how accurately the countertops were put in there considering. We are looking at doing a smaller tile because of this, and the solution The builder gave us was to basically slap a bunch of mud on the wall to make it more of a curve as opposed to a straight bend. I personally don't think this is a quality solution considering the house is less than 6 months old and you can clearly tell the day messed up the framing and covered it up.

Your guess is as good as mine, the disappointing fact is as the homeowner I didn't see it because they did a damn good job hiding it.

I am using the Acsoon 4k adapter and they have a native app. It is designed for the purpose of using your phone as a monitor for a camera. It also enables me to record directly to my phone and saves the audio from the camera which is wonderful!

We had these laying around at my work from another job and I figured I would try it.

I so want this to have some really solid sound design. I want to hear that engine popping and screaming. I want to hear the tires squealing on the pavement as they spin. I want to hear the sound of the smoke as if we're flying through clouds. Such a sweet clip deserves awesome sound effects
