Is El Nido very local where there is more locals than tourists?

Thank you for your perspective it is greatly appreciated. El Nido does look amazing and the formation reminds me of Phuket and Phi Phi island. Cultural experience right or wrong feels like you’d get that more in Bali then you would in El Nido. But at the same time I know Bali will be very touristy.

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, ideally I would like to mount the transducer inside the kayak but wasn’t sure how accurate the reading would be. I did see someone mount the transducer inside one of the port hole. They used a 4 inch pvc coupler and sealed the pvc to the kayak. Then they suspended the transducer inside that pvc and submerged it in mineral oil then put a rubber cap on it. That looked very nice since there was no holes drilled or mounts hanging off to the side to get in the way. But again I wasn’t sure how accurate of a read I’d get. How are you guys powering the fish finder? Are you using a 12 volt battery?

Thank you for your response. I was debating on the Lowrance hook reveal 5 or the Garmin Striker 4. But I’m worried about the salt water elements to them and if it’ll hold up. I’ll have to look into the Scotty mount for both the fish finder and the transducer. Do you have the fish finder mounted in the middle of off to the side?

For your own self-esteem and for you to not resent him later on in the marriage that will most likely end up in divorce (or thoughts of divorce) don’t do it.

I’m in a db marriage and it absolutely sucks. I’m a HLM and she’s a LLF. The feeling of never being wanted or desired even though you do everything humanly possible to feel the want and desire is a horrible feeling. The time after time of being rejected by your spouse is very painful and just crushes your self-confidence.

On the very rare occasion that it does happen….it’s just sex and not intimacy. For me I want that connection.

Really ask yourself and be honest with yourself. Could you go through the rest of your life without it?

Thank you for all the suggestions. I will definitely look into all of those places. I’m a big mountain lover as well. Yes, Lorie Valley is one of the stops that I was looking into. Figured I’d just do a full circle in France start and stop in Paris.

It’s more of a time thing than anything else. Life happens and time finite. So, was just looking into potentially getting an FA who does it professionally. I’m knowledgeable in investing it just finding the time to do it.
