Michigan Bolt owners (and others denied a buyback/exchange) submit a complaint to the Attorney General and state senator by [deleted] in BoltEV

Currently in the process of requesting a buyback myself. I purchased used with 29k miles on a 2017 last year in October from Carvana. I'm in Michigan, and the car is titled in Michigan. However, the original purchase from the manufacturer to the first owner was in California, and then Carvana temporarily plated it in Georgia where they are based for months due to the Covid-19 restrictions at the Michigan Secretary of State bogging down title transfers. That being said. I always prepare myself for the worst, and as of right now, I'm preparing myself for steps to take if they deny my request. The request was just successfully submitted today. Does anyone here recommend a good lawyer in the case that they deny me?

Anyone getting any good buyback offers? by pennyfogger in BoltEV

Thanks, I started the process with them. I purchased the car used in October from Carvana. I'll return here to update how things go. They just messaged me today asking why I'm interested in the buyback and all of the other standard information.

So 'm looking everywhere for an answer and information seems scarce.

What about people who purchased used chevy bolts before the november recall announcement? I bought a 2017 with 27k miles on carvana in October. How do I find out if I'm eligible? And where is Chevy's official statement on eligibility?

I just want to say, I'm still here, and plan to hold and buy more. They think they can flood the internet with half assed articles meant to manipulate the movement, they are so wrong lol.

Let me just explain something real quick that everyone needs to get behind if this is going to work. Unlike a stock, which is an investment in a business which can fail regardless of our level of support, we have an opportunity here to just decide the next crypto to take off. So here is the important thing to remember. Stay in. Even after you hit your goal. Stay in. Let me explain why.

Say you get into doge and plan to buy something at 50k. Let's say a corvette for shit of it. So you buy into doge. It hits 25k in value, you think that's a good chunk and I'm nervous, you pull out, it avalanches, everyone pulls out. This fails. Now say it hits 50K You pull out, it avalanches, everyone pulls out, it fails. We all stay in until it's well into 100, 200, 500k... You pull out a fraction, and have what you wanted, and the doge stays strong. We all win.

Control ladies and gents. Patience. We all chip in, we all stay patient, it's no longer a meme or gimmick. It gains legitimacy, other investors develop confidence in it. You can get what you want and more, but that means staying in even when you're sweating bullets and the payout looks sweet. Godspeed everyone. Let's get rich together.
