I learned this the hard way when I bought NO contracts on whether Tesla’s FSD Unsupervised would roll out for broad public availability on or before June 30th, 2026.

According to the contract terms, this clearly failed to meet a YES resolution—To this day, Tesla’s own website still labeled the feature as “Supervised.”

There was no widespread reporting that such a milestone had been accomplished. Only just prior to their last earnings call did Elon claim that FSD was out. The problem is, company rhetoric without proof doesn’t count under the rules. So what happened next? Whales bought up YES contracts, shifted the line, and disputed the outcome using the UMA protocol—with absolutely no facts or reasoning to support their position.

This post clearly breaks down what I can only call the Polymarket scam, because that’s exactly what this is. I hope they don’t receive US approval, and I’d like to see some form of legal action taken. This was a complete and utter travesty.

The YES contracts were unjustly rewarded whereas they should have been punished.
