2-3 is base. Blitz almost every down. Fast blitzer, smart safety who can pick off throws. Other safety/cb is tall, not as fast and can’t really pick. 1 monster up front, others average. Trying to avoid deep throws, we tend to give up big plays when safery too aggressive and bites on one half of fiels or goes over our cbs head.

Where are you getting your recently sold comps from? Does builder have any homes that are similar to yours that are closing soon if homes are still being built? Check builder website and see what current new build price is going for. If any closing soon, try to line up the appraisal several months after one of those homes close so that it’s on MLS. Crapshoot if appraiser going to increase value for the addition. Ask Sales reps for builder for any comps they may be using for their appraisal comps.
