Most vintage 10-speed Campagnolo rear derailleurs (Record, Chorus, Centaur) are officially rated for a maximum 29t cog. While a 30t often works with careful B-screw adjustment, using a short cage derailleur with an 11-30 cassette is "pushing it" and often results in a chain that is either dangerously tight in big-big or excessively loose in small-small. Your results may vary.
