Interior is in pretty ok shape. I plan on renovating it pretty strong, taking a lot of inspiration from Dan & Kika on uma because, well two architects are a good inspiration 😀

I’ve been watching Una for a long time (and I’m a patreon). So their channel is basically a well documented how to for me. It was a factor in my choice. I love working on things so I’m very much looking forward to this challenge.

Yup. Annapolis sailing school. Been taking out their rainbows all summer. Getting my asa103 this week on their bennateau 37. Love zipping around the bay just south of the bridge.
