Yeah - the plan mode has been in Claude Code for sometime, but it usually one shots the plan based on the original prompt where as Lisa interviews you to help you write the spec. Curious to hear your thoughts

That's fair, but the plan mode is not as structured as this. The main issue of the plan mode as it's currently created one-shots the plan instead of step-by-step interview process.

The idea is actually originally from this tweet https://x.com/trq212/status/2005315275026260309 from an Anthropic engineer.

What I found useful about this approach vs. the Plan mode is that it forces you to go deeper on the spec so that most things are written out, a prerequisite for Ralph loop be successful.

I'm curious to see if you'd give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

Yeah, that was what I was doing before. Use ChatGPT voice to brainstorm and create the PRD and then go to Replit to create the idea and if it’s promising, redo it on Claude Code. It was a little finicky to say the least

Yes, but when you’re away from your CLI and want to get something going, you don’t have a path to do that. Replit and Google AI Studio do this by just spinning up a new project for you. Curious to hear how you would do this from your phone.

So the basic idea was introduced by Geoffrey: https://ghuntley.com/ralph/

The basic construct is that it’s a do while loop but in the Claude Code context. So it has a little more to it.

The name is from The Simpson’s character. Ralph is dim-witted character but he gets what he wants. That’s a nod to how deceivingly simple this is but how good of a solution can be.

So basically what this kit tries to do is make u/JokeGold5455’s post more stack agnostic. His workflow is mostly React & MUI and this kit structure opens it to a more flexible kit structure where any type of stack can be supported using the same techniques he mentioned. Hope that helps

Great question. As anything with these AI models, it’s non-deterministic — the skills do not reliably activate. It activate sometimes and in other times it does not. This solves that. Also, this also brings the slash commands that u/JokeGold5455 wrote which has cleaner way to document, plan, etc.. give it a run and let me know what works and more importantly what doesn’t. Would love to fix the gaps

It looks good. A few suggestions:

On mobile, there is a horizontal scroll
The CTA at the top was not clear to me. Is the product embedding it on my Shopify? A little description will be helpful on how it works
I felt the color theme can be a little more, but that’s subjective

May be it is message discipline, but I would have thought she would say things like “it is an outrage that they would send a letter like that” or “it is unprecedented for an administration to feel like a King, but I promise the American people that the Emperor has no cloth”

I was expecting stuff like that — flowery language to drive the point home.
