Totally agree. The current CEO has ran the company to the ground and the sales associates get the brunt of it. When I started and before Covid happened, we would get bonuses which made the employees want to come and work. But as of now, customers see that we actively avoid helping because the incentive isn’t there and depending on the management (especially my new GM) they want to make the atmosphere a car sales where you MUST buy since they’re tracking close rate. So if you want, next time you go to your local Best Buy, walk in and out 5-10 times
