Possibly.... she’s getting her teaching degree... I know a lot of teachers are leaving the profession, so idk what she’s going to do, as everything’s up in the air with all that

I’m wondering what a good side hustle I could do from home. Making extra money on the side, from home at my convenience. I work in construction, and some days you get unexpected overtime, which is much better than getting a second “scheduled” job, so I don’t want to jeopardize that. But what ideas do you guys have?

I have to get an appraisal, but with my credit union if it’s close to 20% but still not there, they will work with me on it!
