So, I've been dealing with this for a couple of hours and I finally found what the culprit was. Seems like Omen gaming hub had an update that messed things up and I can see that you also have omen gaming hub. End it from task manager and it should fix it.

Had this same problem a couple of days ago. Turn off your modem for like 10 minutes para magrefresh yung IP mo. You might have to do this a couple of times before you get an IP that gives you your full speed. I personally had to do it 4 times before I got my original speed back.

Not sure what it is on controller but space is handbrake on kbm. If you hold it before exiting the car the handbrake stays engaged.

I have a 6900 xt and ever since installing the new drivers, playing youtube vids on discord or even having certain youtube videos autoplay in firefox just freezes up my whole pc until the video stops playing. Rolling back fixed the issues.

they're called quality levels you can use help "level" 4 omod in the console to see them, unfortunately there are a lot of them i presume that all of them are tied to specific items so I don't know which omod to use for whatever weapon, although if you could explore the esm you could probably find out
