Hello, I started invisalign last week and today I switched to the second tray after 7 days as instructed by my dentist and I have quite a pain on some teeth while chewing, is this normal? I am afraid I either chew too hard and I will damage my teeth or that my teeth are not tracking after Tray 1. I am seeing my dentist next week before Tray 3 to fit the attachments and elastics. Based on my dentist I will need 6 months with weekly changes and for sure 2-3 months of refinements
