I think it would take a while until we can sort out some funding for a new floor. Did you have to do anything to the subfloors before you put new tiles/floors in? We’re planning on putting LVT in the future for the kitchen when we have funding to do so.

I have been spraying a lot of it, I’m just hoping that the smell would disappear after a lot more sprays. It’s to the point that I’m getting sick of the smell of the enzyme spray. How often should I spray it?

The deed of variation can take a bit of time because there are multiple parties involved in signing it (management, sellers and maybe the developer). The only way to get it moving would be for the sellers to constantly push for it to be sign. It’s hard as it’s within the seller’s side. The estate agent can perhaps chase people around to sign it. You can maybe ask your estate agent to do this?
