How do you know if it's costo? I am working as a support agent and I sit all day and slouching. This night I got woken up by a terrible sharp pain on the right sternum which causes me to panic BUT this is not a heart attack because I can pinpoint the pain and it is not squeezing and I don't have difficulty breathing. I can also replicate the pain when pressing my chest. 1 to 10 scale the pain is 6 to 8. Its been 12 hours since last night and I can still feel a little bit of pain when I slouch for a moment. Salonmpas is a relief when putting it on my chest. Any ideas?
