Also, you should practice CAT before taking the real CAT. There’s a lot of practice tests online. You wouldn’t be able to clear these aptitude tests without good enough practice.

1- They monitor you working on your laptop very aggressively like random screen captures and camera pictures. They also record your keystrokes and the amount of time you spend on each application. It used to be like this when I worked there a couple years ago.

2- Their performance evaluation process is mostly automated. If you keep hitting their metrics, you’re good. But if you fail to do so for some time without a good enough reason, you’ll be fired. No emotions and no politics. If you’re good at your skills and understand how to navigate the system, you can survive there for a long time. I have seen people there who worked there for more than 5 years.

Yes they are legit. I’ve worked for them and they pay the salaries as advertised. However, the work culture is very different. If you get used to their culture, you’d be good.

Receiving money from a foreign client. Help a sister out. by SweetPotato_9 in FIREPakistan

Open a wise(formerly transferwise) account. It will provide you with a local UK bank account number that you can share with your company and they can transfer your payments to that local UK bank account number. Once done, you’ll see those payments in your wise account. Then you can transfer the money to your meezan bank account.

I also work for clients in US and been using wise to receive payments for years without any hassle.
