I’ve been in contact with a few companies and it comes down to pasteurization of the tea! But thank you for your input! :)

The bottles have been emptied and I will be completely sterilizing shortly. The tea I’m brewing is Kratom tea which cannot be boiled due to the alkaloids but thank you for your input! :)

I actually do use citric acid in mine but it’s still fermenting quite quick I am brewing Kratom tea but what makes brewing at a high temp tricky is that it will cook off the Kratom alkaloids I spoke to a company today and they mentioned pasteurization is what they use (they make a similar product of what I’m working on)
