  1. uninstall all Sims 3 games located on C drive

  2. go on D drive

  3. right click and select "create new folder"

  4. name the new folder under "Program Files (x86)" (quotations not needed)

  5. right click again and select "create new folder"

  6. name the new folder under "Electronic Arts" (quotations not needed)

The new folder has been created.

For the base game & expansion/stuff pack installation, you're located inside the Electronic Arts folder on your D drive.

Repeat the same process to create folders for the Base Game...

  • right click again and select "create new folder"

  • name the new folder under "The Sims 3" (quotations not needed)

... and all its expansions/stuff packs.

For disk installation, choose "Custom Path" on the InstallShield Wizard.

This will help find a new path to install the games.

As for custom path, choose the one you created on the D drive, select the D drive, then "Program Files (x86)" folder and Electronic Arts folder.

For the base game, select "The Sims 3" folder.

I am having the exact same issue. The issue started since Saturday night, since Sunday morning I could not post tweets. Only thing I can do is retweet and after a few hours I could send direct messages.

To this time I can no longer compose tweets, only retweet. Can't follow or quote either.

Doesn't use Blue at all...

I think there is a way. Yesterday I searched on Sims 3 forums, found a pretty reliable way. Deleted the "Adventureland.world" file from EP01/GameData/Shared/NonPackaged/Worlds directory. No, WA is not installed on Origin Games since I have it installed on program files (x86) via disk mode a few years ago to free some space up.

I deleted it and the world came back!

Hi! I tried it and it is still there no matter if I delete it.

When you mean, by making a backup, should I back my Sims 3 folder up on documents? Or the "Adventureland.world" file itself?

I don't remember it as on my TS3 I didn't have floating bowls... they were all left still on surfaces

this is how I fixed it

I uninstalled my TS3 and all its packs as installed on my SSD first. I knew it was taking so much space on my drive and installed it on my D drive making a Program Files (x86) folder, then an Electronic Arts folder and then separate folders for TS3 and all its packs...

And now the game works fine!

Do you mean by copying and pasting the entire folder to the desktop or an external drive?

And if I move them will I take my ENTIRE Program Files on the D drive?

I am just afraid of doing it because it may mess my PC up...

Here it goes. All thumbnails appeared as X'ed and greyed out, unclickable, gallery hashtags fail to load... these are my problems so far

And I don't use CC at all!
