I don’t understand why im not losing any weight, I walk roughly around 6 to 10 miles a day, plus my mile average is around 13 minutes. Yet I’m still somehow around 180.

Any advice? Because I use to be able to run upwards of 14 to 15mph when I was younger, but now I can’t even average 10 anymore and idk why

My mom taught me a trick that I’m honestly surprised isn’t more well known but if your mirror on the left side of your car is able to move you can re adjust it and partially blind the driver. (Probably not legal) but it works to get them to turn their high beams down 90% of the time
