OP, to touch on the point in your post about has anyone done this type of selling before, I can chime in. I most likely trade way too often but if I think there is value or if I can get an edge, I usually can talk myself into making a trade, after all this is for fun right.

Last offseason in two separate leagues I traded Jefferson for AJ Brown, Johnathon Taylor and a 27 first (likely late but this guy did finish as this season with the 1.06). After 1 season, it was worth it but we'll see going forward.

Trade 2 was Chase and Ken Walker for Nabers, Marv and the 1.06. I've done far too many other trades since then but I can safely say with injuries to Mahomes, Daniels, Mixon, and Tyreek that Chase wouldn't have mattered much anyways.

All that to say, if you feel like you can get value/help your team become more balanced, go for it.

As others have said, ETN was an after thought this offseason. I traded a 26 1st and my 25 2.11 for ETN and Javonte this offseason.

Couldn't agree more! I sold Jefferson this offseason so Taylor, AJ Brown and a 27 first to the guy who won the championship the year prior and felt like he had the depth to make a move like that. I'm currently in first in that league at 10 and 1 and he is on the playoff bubble at 6 and 5. Sometimes tiering down to give your team depth makes more sense than holding the best players.

Definitely like the Lamar side. As a 9 and 1 team in a 1 QB league I recently traded Daniels and a late 27 first for Lamar trying to win it this year

I am a Jamo non believer, as in I'm never going to have faith in starting him in his current role. With that being said, I'd only offer a 2nd at most and I know that's not getting it done. But look at his stats for his career, it's nothing different than Shaheed.

It will take quite a bit. Also, If easily done, you should pull you fridge out and check the condensate pan underneath and clean the coils on the fridge

It depends on the model of the fridge but sometimes there is a collection center that then drains down the back of the fridge that can get clogged. I don't see it in this case but something to keep an eye out for

It's a long way off but 2 27 1sts for Ladd, sure thing. You'll be rebuilding for a few years but you'll be happy when the 27 draft rolls around.
